The Lateral Transfer process allows employees of other departments within Los Santos and the surrounding region to transfer to the Los Santos Emergency Services. Lateral Transfer applications are monitored by the Command/High Command team, which will offer a position and required training based on the applicant’s previous employment and experience in the other department.
- You must have previous employment with law enforcement, emergency services, or other official governmental departments.
- Your previous department must be at least 6 months old.
- You must provide proof of your termination or resignation from your previous department.
- You must have been a fully trained member of your previous department for no less than 1 month.
- You must agree to complete partial or abbreviated training upon acceptance of your transfer application.
- You must agree to undergo a background check.
