General Feedback/Suggestion Form
This form is intended for use by any citizen (civilian or otherwise) of Los Santos and the surrounding regions, who wishes to give feedback or suggestions for the Los Santos Emergency Services.
Within the form, you have the option of submitting a specific employee or division within the LSES to direct your feedback/suggestion towards. If you do not know an employee or division to direct your feedback/suggestion towards, simply leave those sections blank, and Human Resources Command will submit your form to the appropriate recipient.
